The Sea Ranch Wedding
As I promised, more photos from my friend Amanda's wedding. To be clear, I was not the hired photographer for this wedding. These are merely my own documentation of the beautiful event.
This was literally one of the most stunning settings I have ever seen. It was just amazing. I'll start with a few images from The Sea Ranch itself.

The Sea Ranch Lodge had this sign made up for the bride and groom. Cool, huh?

One of the other bridesmaids enjoys some wine during cocktail hour after the ceremony.

The officiant, and uncle of the bride, enjoys cocktail hour.

The bagpiper takes a little break.

Wedding guests...

The bagpiper and one of the groom's relatives, fully decked out in Scottish? Irish? attire, must have been comparing kilts. ;)

One of the bridesmen giving attitude.

The groom.

More bridal party...

The bride.

The bride at the reception. She looks so happy! This one brings a little tear to my eye.

Holding on...

The first of a lifetime of dances.

Congratulations, guys! I love you both. :) This was a beautiful beginning to what can only be a wonderful life together!

San Francisco, The Sea Ranch and old friends
Last weekend, I had the honor of being a bridesmaid in one of my best friend's wedding. The whole thing was so amazing.
Here is a sneak peek of my behind the scenes photographs. The beautiful bride, Amanda.

Fresh Tomatoes [Indianapolis Photographer]
Four posts in three days...I'm on a roll! More to come when I return from my super fabulous vacation in San Francisco. We will be attending one of my best friend's wedding and hanging out around the city for a week starting Wednesday. We can't wait!
In the mean time, here are some shots of the delicious tomatoes my husband has been raising in our back yard.

Downtown Indianapolis [Indianapolis Photographer]
This view of Meridian Street looking South from Monument Circle is my favorite from the night.

Indianapolis Power and Light Building

I love downtown Indianapolis. It isn't too big, it isn't too small. The State Capital Building

Chase Tower, Indiana's tallest building

Soldiers and Sailors Monument in the very center of Indianapolis

Summer Flys By [Indianapolis Photographer]
I can't believe it is the end of August already! Time has just whizzed by this summer. It has been too long since a post. Here are a couple of new places we have explored...
Ft. Benjamin Harrison State Park
I live less than a mile from this beautiful state park inside the Indianapolis city limits and finally visited it this summer. I am very excited to go back to go horseback riding. They have the sweetest horses!

Garfield Park, Indianapolis
I dragged my husband down to Garfield Park for a little trip, since neither one of us had ever been. It is a bummer that they don't allow photo shoots (well, without a $150 permit), because it would be a beautiful setting for senior portraits or even engagement sessions.
